UPTOWN DANCE AND PLAY PROGRAM

This exciting new class combines dance techniques from jazz, ballet and hip-hop in a child friendly atmosphere. Our experienced instructor will show children how to use their energy in a safe and effective manner. Learn to keep the rhythm, boost confidence and keep those muscles moving with this fun new program.

GYMNASTICS PLAY PROGRAM
Every Thursday
3:30-4:00PM and 5:00-5:30P
Price: Included with admission or FREE for members

Learn basic gymnastics skills in this fun, structured Uptown class. Children will practice proper stretching and strength gaining exercises, acquire great hand eye coordination and learn balancing techniques. Parachute games, obstacle courses, & jumping galore.
