YOGA PLAY PROGRAM

Explore basic yoga poses and techniques in a fun animal and nature theme. This play-based class aims to improve children's focus, balance and flexibility. It provides a physical outlet in a non-competitive, group setting. Price is $2 per child, or FREE for members!

This exciting new class combines dance techniques in a child friendly atmosphere. Our instructor will show children how to use their energy in a safe and effective manner. Learn to keep the rhythm, boost confidence, and keep those muscles moving with this fun new program! Price is $2 per child or FREE for members!

GYMNASTICS PLAY PROGRAM
Every Tuesday
4:00-4:30pm
Learn basic gymnastics skills in this fun, structured Uptown class. Children will practice proper stretching and strength gaining exercises, acquire great hand eye coordination and learn balancing techniques. Parachute games, obstacle courses, & jumping galore. Price is included with admission or FREE for members.

This exciting new class is open for all ages but developed especially with our youngest guests in mind (0-2 years old). This mommy & me program allows children to exercise & play while having fun and learning important gross motor skills. It is a great time for children of all ages to share some special time with mommy or daddy. Price is $2 per child, or FREE for members!

ARTS & CRAFTS PROGRAM
Every Wednesday
4:00-4:30pm
This class appropriate for all ages will help your child explore his or her creativity in a fun setting. Fun new projects every week are provided for kids to complete and bring home to show off to friends & family. This class aims to improve children's concentration, dexterity, and creativity. Price is $2 per child or FREE for members!

FOOD ART
Every Thursday
5:30-6:00pm
An art class and snack time in one. Your child is encouraged to play with their food and create their very own masterpiece. With focus on food handling safety, fine motor skills development, and creativity. Lots of fun for even ficklest eaters. In case of food allergies, call ahead for this weeks ingredients. Price is $2 per child, or FREE for members!

SING-A-LONG
Every Friday
12:00pm
Come sing-a-long to your child's favorite songs and learn some new ones too. Meet our puppet friends that help make sing-a-long a blast. Price included with admission or FREE for members.

Saturday Morning Breakfast & Crafts
Every Saturday
9:30am-10:30am
Come join us for breakfast, playaround, and do some fun crafts.
Breakfast is free for children and available for grown ups too. RSVPs are REQUIRED to ensure food for all our guests. Price is $10 per child or FREE for members.
