The setting encourages pretend play which enhances cognitive, fine and gross motor skills, promotes socialization and self-help.
Our friendly Uptowners are here to cheer you on as children get active and stretch their imagination while they zip, climb and slide on a two and a half level play system, then put on an improved performance on a stage, or explore a custom made 150 square foot playhouse.
For our tiniest visitors there is Toddler Ave., a separate area with mirrors, tunnels and slides in "just for me" sizes.
Uptown Playaround's 5,000 square foot facility features an open airy design that leaves plenty of room to wiggle, play, and giggle, because a child's imagination should never feel cramped.

Playaround Hours

  • We are open this Monday (Labor Day) our regular hours of 10am til 7pm. See you then!
  • Monday through Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: Playaround hours vary due to private party schedule. Please go to our visitor info page to see updated hours for this weekend.

This is a Shoe-Free Zone. Please bring socks for kids and adults. If you forget your socks, you may purchase a pair at the front desk for $1.
